Job Responsibilities岗位职责：

1.Assist business clients to examine their budget estimates for completeness, accuracv andconformance with procedures and regulations.

协助企业客户检查其预算估计的完整性、准确性和是否符合程序和规定。 

2.Analyze budgeting and accounting reports.

分析预算编制和会计报告。

3.Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation and budget preparation .

在成本分析、财政分配和预算编制方面提供建议和技术援助。

4.review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs. Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare operating programs, review financial requests. Analyze the accounting and financial data to determine the financial resources required to implement a program.

5.Seek new ways to assist business clients to improve efficiency and increase profits.
